The game.cer file still may show up in the certificates folder in EasyAntiCheat folder with a warning, but don't worry, if you install those updated certificates from Globalsign then EAC should now install and Watch Dogs 2 should start normally. If that doesn't work you have to uninstall and reinstall the entire game to get it to work and Uninstall EAC, restart windows, reinstall EAC and then do a Verify File Integrity so this time it downloads and validates the EasyAntiCheat_圆4.dll into the Watch Dogs 2\bin folder, and also properly validates your ownership. Keep trying the Verify File Integrity check and make sure you have quit Uplay when you do it. For some reason sometimes EasyAntiCheat_圆4.dll is failing to be placed in the games bin folder during installation.
